Why ELIZZA™?

  • ELIZZA™ jewellery is manufactured with the highest quality standards. Only the most beautiful diamonds make it into our offers, all metals are made of top-class precious metal and every piece is unique, made especially for you.

General Info

How can I place an order?

  • In the ELIZZA™ Online Shop you will find all our products currently for sale. Below each product you will find a button “Add to cart”, with a click on it you add the product to your shopping cart. In your shopping cart you can then start the checkout process, you have to enter your delivery address etc. and pay for all products in your shopping cart. Once this process is complete you will receive a confirmation from us and you have placed your order.

Prices

How is the value added tax levied on orders?

  • All prices already include the value added tax of Switzerland (7.8%).
  • For orders to other countries, this VAT is deducted from the amount and the VAT of the destination country is invoiced by the transport company upon delivery.

At what price level are ELIZZA™ products?

  • You can obtain ELIZZA™ products online from about 190 CHF to about 6’000 CHF.

Payment

What payment options do I have?

  • ELIZZA™ offers you direct, secure credit card payments and Paypal. Just ask us if we can also accept your favourite payment method.

Which currencies are accepted?

  • ELIZZA™ is located in Switzerland, therefore all payments are made in CHF. However, you have the option of paying in your own national currency, the amount will then be converted automatically.

Shipping

What are the delivery costs?

  • Delivery costs are already included in the product price so there’s no additional costs for any delivery.

How long does my order take to arrive at my home?

  • If your order is already in stock, we can guarantee delivery within one week.
  • However, if your item is not instantly available, the delivery will take up to 8 weeks time.
  • ELIZZA™ jewellery in most cases is personally manufactured for you. This means that as soon as you place an order with us, we forward it to our family owned atelier for manufacturing. Upon completion, your purchased items are examined in our quality control department and from there they are sent directly to you.
  • If you have any questions about the delivery status, please contact shop@elizza.ch. We will be happy to provide you with as detailed information as possible.

To which countries are orders delivered?

  • ELIZZA™ generally processes orders worldwide. (ELIZZA™ Switzerland GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain countries from sales and shipping due to external influences).

Returns

Does ELIZZA™ offer returns?

  • No, you can not return an already purchased product.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please contact ELIZZA™ within 14 days days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by ELIZZA™ due to a manufacturing defect.

Exchange

I have ordered the wrong product, can I exchange it for another?

  • Yes you can. You can exchange a product for a same priced or higher priced product within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Put it back into the original packaging and send it back to ELIZZA™ Switzerland GmbH, Gewerbestrasse 9, 6330 Cham, Switzerland.
  • Choose a product of the same price or higher (not lower), pay the resulting price difference and we’ll send it to you as soon as possible.
